Volume 2, Issue 1 (2014) Ralph Bunche Journal Volume 2

Volume 2 began in 1978 and was published in 1979. The articles continued the work of Volume 1 which amassed top scholars and academicians some presented lectures while others were paper submissions. Selected paper submissions and lectures resulted in Volume 1 and Volume 2. After the publication of Volume 2, the journal was dormant for almost 3 decades, and in 2009 began a resurgence. Volume 3 was published in 2014. Both volume 1 and Volume 2 for the first time since the late 1970's are being made available for broad consumption.
